Recognize where and how stress affects your body, and learn some acupressure (Shiatsu) and some simple “exercises/movements”(Qigong/Tai Chi) you can do to relieve the tension or discomfort. Come for an evening of experiential fun. There will be a combination of standing and sitting, dependent on your capability. Please wear comfortable clothes.
